5 Habits of Intentional Leaders

Now more than ever is the time to fully step into our leadership and serve our communities in new, creative ways. What does that look like for you?

For some that means creating new opportunities to connect online, for others it’s streamlining workflow between colleagues, supporting lesson planning and ensuring access for all, whether providing learning materials in print, on devices with internet connectivity, safe community spaces, meal service or mental health support.

We’re navigating uncharted territory, but we’re doing it together. Notice how many emails, blogs and social media posts you’re reading that are offering support, resources, and access to programs that would have been difficult to access otherwise.

As much support is at our fingertips now, it’s also a time when many of us feel isolated and limited in our abilities to serve and support in ways that we normally would.

For that reason, I’m sharing the infographic below that highlights 5 habits of intentional leaders to serve as daily reminders for you. These are applicable any time, but particularly now in times of change as we chart the unknown together.

Sign up at the link below, download, share and reference it daily to help keep yourself, your colleagues and your school community grounded and intentional in all that you do.

This 5 habits infographic is also included in the new Leading with Clarity online course along with a Weekly Reflection Journal. The course guides you through a simple communication framework designed to transform the way you engage your school community, which is particularly important now that we're moving to an online learning environment for the foreseeable future.

With everything going on right now, I want to do whatever I can to support you in moving through the day-to-day challenges. For that reason, I'm offering a special 20% discount through April 1st to access the Leading with Clarity program.

The course starts with establishing focus through self-reflection, gaining clarity through planning and then integrating community feedback. See the course roadmap below for the flow between lessons.
